Real Estate Agent Lamont grew from a simple observation: many people finish a real estate transaction without really knowing what happened along the way. They signed what they were handed, trusted that deadlines were being watched and hoped the price was right. Some of them did well, but many felt uneasy, and a few discovered problems only after closing. We think there is a better way. Every client deserves to understand the process, the paperwork and the reasoning behind each recommendation. So we take the time to explain what a contingency protects, why a comparable sale was chosen, what a disclosure means and what happens next. We answer questions however often they come up, and we never treat a question as too basic. The same patience goes into selling a family home, buying farmland, leasing a storefront or working through a 1031 exchange, and it is why clients across Lamont and the nearby communities say they finally understood their deal.
